I signed a multi year service agreement with this company years back. It has been nice to not have to think about and know that my system is being checked bi-annually. My reason for not giving more starts is two-fold. One, the reminders for the appointment are insane. They call you a week before your appt., 2 days before, and then morning of. It's 2019, send an email or a text. I don't talk to anyone as much as I talked to the office staff in the last 7 days. Secondly, my tech did a great job and is working with me to help some cold spots in my home. What I don't love is that he didn't clean up his mess. If my 2 year old has to do it so do you. If it takes getting somethings out of the way to access the system, then guess what you need to replace what you moved when you leave.
