Jorge notified me of a recall my vehicle needed. He then walked me through the process of ordering the part needed. He alerted me once the part had arrived, and then was patient with me as the timing found me out of state. When I returned, Jorge was easy to get ahold of, and quickly got me set up with an appointment. When I arrived, he listened to my other concerns about my vehicle, and they got everything taken care of in a timely manner, and notified me when all was complete. Jorge is a great guy, Toyota has great service. Thanks!
