What a great place. This is truly a one of a kind training spot for younger athletes looking to excel in their sport. The management, the trainers, the price, the attitude -- literally everything about AROC checks out. My son has made noticeable gains in his overall strength and conditioning in just three months. Even though it is a longer drive to get to for us, I am happy to do it because of the overall quality of the experience. Thank you, Kim, for creating such a great environment for our kids!
