I recently purchased a Jeep at West Hills, and had a really positive experience. I got really lucky with Will, the salesperson who helped me. He was very knowledgeable and informative, I didn t feel pressured or judged (like I experienced at other dealerships) and he had a quietly confident demeanor that really put me at ease. Very appreciated! I worked with Mackenzie in financing to handle all the paperwork, and she was extremely personable and competent, and patient as I worked through a clerical error on my part.
