Google should introduce negative staring because In this case Kathmandu do deserve that. Purchased a pant online. Received an email confirming that the item is ready for collection. Went to the store, manager advised the time isn't there and promised he will follow up on that and call me. Three days past, no call. Rang customer service to complaint and they also didn't bother calling me back. Went into the store again and and they said item isn't in stock. I will have to either wait or get refund. Naturally I will be asking for refund. Advice for other customers, avoid buying online from Kathmandu and don't expect any good customer service if your items are faulty or require a return. I wouldn't be buying from Kathmandu anymore after this horrible experience.
