Quicklane problems! Avoid them. Apparently Quicklane wants to be associated with the dealership for advertising, but is completely separate. The really frustrating part is that the dealership will accept and schedule an oil change as part of their service, but the appointment is not with the dealership. It is pointless to show up at Quicklane at your appointment time because they are strictly first-come-first-serve. Ford, this is a stupid system, get your dealers to quit making customers mad.
