First we arrived late, close to mid night. Seems like only 1 bell man at work. We had a bit of luggages where I dropped off at the front with my wife as I went park the car.

I came back to the lobby after 10 min my wife still standing there. No one was there other than a front desk guy just look at us without even greeting us. Although the bell man came after another 10 min. The front desk guy already gave me a bad vibe. 1 star off for the night shift front desk.

The bell man was nice tho take us to our room and settle all our luggages.

The room was dated for sure and not enough lighting during the night time. Shower head is under pressure. 1 star off here.

However, overall hotel service was not bad.

The free (not really free as need to pay the daily resort fees) in room wi-fi is extreamly slow. Sometimes I can barely load my emails. 1 star off here.

Location wise, I would prefer staying at north west region as there are more food option and better beaches.

For the price I paid, I expect better thus the 2 stars. Fixed the problems I mentioned I will be back.

Edit: Later at check out the front desk manager apologized for the front desk situation and promised will have further training. Change 2 stars to 3 stars.
