The owner is nice. But one of the staff was a bully and snapped at everyone including the building manager and the client. This is the second time we used them and had a bad experience, thought we'd give them another chance. Wont be making that mistake again. This was the second move that almost got stopped by strata because staff could not behave with diplomacy. There were two guys, one guy was nice and tried to keep the other guy calm and make the move work. I'll give him credit for his effort. He was polite and treated everyone with respect. They other guy who was the driver left out clients upset. The first day for a person in their new home should not be one where they get rude and disrespectful treatment. Not all the staff were bad. It was just one but he made it difficult for everyone. When we refer someone to our clients our reputation is on the line too. My clients happiness and customer service is important to me.

Edit is a response to your comment: no family members have posted. My brother and I are your clients. We are Realtor partners our who provide clients with moving services as part of our package. And this was the second move that was a screw up. Hence, we have every right to post a review. Second chance is good enough. Soon after you spoke to your staff he was defensive and challenged us. Kept asking us what he did wrong in an aggressive manner. No apology nothing.
