Our business is saving a lot of money with LMI in comparison to what we were paying for AT&T. And the customer services is SOOO much better. I can't tell you how much trouble I had with AT&T. With LMI, I just call or e-mail, and if someone doesn't answer the phone right away, someone calls back very shortly after. They have walked me through setting up my voicemail system over the phone, gone through the extra effort of researching a reconfiguration for our fax machine which didn't initially work after we switched to fiber, and they have visited us in person as needed. Great phone and internet service. Great customer service
