Spent a lot of money on an OLED TV; shadows have been burned into it. LG's reference to operating instructions may be correct for newer instructions, but not for older ones. Contact only possible by email, no response received after the third email. A no-go. No more LG. Customer service and customer loyalty are obviously irrelevant. Do they know that in Korea?
