We had a nice experience visiting, EXCEPT for the seasonal employees that were cashiers at the Holiday Lane on the 9th floor. We walked up to the cash register ready to check out. Both employees were on their cell phones texting. After about 30 seconds I finally said "excuse me, I am ready to check out.", to which she responded "umm, well I wasn't." Incredibly rude if you ask me. You are paid to serve customers, not text your friends.

The concierge woman at the entrance was extremely friendly and helpful, as were all other employees we encountered.
