I have been a client since the start of business. Joanne goes above and beyond to accommodate me with my crazy schedule. I ll share a quick story, 8 years ago I had a death in the family and needed to attend funeral next day. I was overdue for a hair cut and didn t want to show up without one. I called Joanne after she was closed for the day and explained my situation. She told me to come right down and she would reopen the salon for me! Needless to say, I m a customer for life!!!
