The service was absolutely terrible! I ordered flowers for mother's day and did so over a week in advance. I received an email telling me that the flowers were scheduled to be delivered on Mother's Day. By that evening, no flowers has been delivered! I called and was first offered a small % off of my next order. I told them that I doubted I would order from them again. They increased the % and I was still not okay. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and when I was finally transferred to one, I was offered a larger discount, an upgrade of my order and told it would be delivered the next day. The Monday after Mother's Day, still no flowers! Called again and was offered an additional 15% off of my order, by a representative that seemed to be new and not sure what was going on. Again, asked for a supervisor, more than once. Supervisor offered another discount and upgrade, said that the order was assigned to a different florist and would be delivered today. Tuesday after Mother's Day, NO FLOWERS! Called AGAIN and I could hardly understand the representative and I am a child of immigrants! Representative was rude and answered the phone with an abrupt "Hello!" I thought I may have reached the wrong number but she immediately offered to either cancel the order, with a refund or re order. I asked to speak with someone else and the agent said "So, you want to cancel the order? Okay, I will---" I had to practically yell to stop her and asked to speak to someone else. She put me on hold and while waiting, I receive an email that the order has been refunded. Seconds later, the agent says that there is no one available for me to speak to and that the order has been refunded. She started mentioning some other gibberish but I got tired of deciphering what she was saying and hung up!
I actually work as a customer service agent and have understanding of the stress that is involved in the job. THIS WAS TERRIBLE AND INEXCUSABLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, EVER!
UPDATE:
Was contacted within hours of this post. They were very apologetic and remedied the situation. I appreciate their response but I am doubtful I will do business with them again. It took going online and posting an angry review to receive decent service. For the amount of money one has to pay for their flowers, their service through their phone agents should be better.
