Their ski school was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!Awful ...

Their ski school was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!Awful and utterly useless. Even the instructors agreed. Way too many kids and the instructors did not seem well organized at all. The kids had to wait for over ONE HOUR before anybody helped them, for about 2 minutes. So in total most got about 6 minutes of help in 2.5 hours. The class also started late. Also, on the other band-lift, tons of people had a hard time getting on due to lack of cleaning the rubber mat so many fell off and made the agonizing wait even longer. So they were under staffed and/or poorly organized. The wait to rent gear or pay for ski school was also ridiculously long. However the main issue wss the utterly worthless ski-school. Private lessons is likely a much better option, especially if you are 2 or more. The food and slopes were ok for beginners and for skiers/snowboarders with a little experience. However, avoid their group lessons :(
