I scheduled an oil change and a couple repairs on a 2006 Escape in May 2016 and my Service Advisor Frank Arnold gave me the best customer experience I ve ever had at a Ford dealership. Very knowledgeable and professional, Frank not only provided great advice but even helped me identify where another dealership had charged me for a recall repair (which all in fairness to the other dealership was issued after the repair work had been performed) and assisted in getting the reimbursement processed with the Ford corporate office. A very honest and ethical place to come do business, Frank and Fort Mill Ford will have my business for years to come.
