High prices, or at least no advantage over other insurances not even for account holders, non-existent customer support, they also have the box for non-consumption insurance which is then only a hindrance to the customer who wants to uninstall it. I read in the comments below that it's like buying bread from the butcher - certainly our mistake, but this does not exclude those who respond from the call center and via email to be polite.
