If this experience was flawless I would have given this location 5 stars. The description of the balconies were not precise. All of their balconies are inside the hotel facing lobby ONLY. Both the Hilton app and website do not state this. I brought this to the attention of mgmt and was offered slight comp for this issue otherwise it's a great location near Cumberland Mall, SunTrust Park, many food options within walking distance and easy fwy access. My room was great, clean, bed comfy and shower was awesome!!
