If you visit in person, no worries. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, attempting to order your photos through their online ordering system was a big Fail. It accepts your jpegs, gives you a 100% acceptance of your order selections, but then, when you click on upload to cart, you get a page which states that that page no longer exists. I called and was told that it might be the browser I was using, to try a different browser. I was using Chrome, so I switched to Firefox. Exact same thing happened. My only alternative is to put my one photo onto a thumb drive, drive all the way down there (I live outside of Austin), and enter my order at one of their kiosks. I've been ordering online from them for a number of years, though I haven't for about a year and a half. I'm extremely disappointed.
