I suggest you go to another ford dealer if you don't want your time wasted. i went today to look and new vehicles spent about half an hour looking around outside before heading inside to look around and talk to someone. Nobody said anything to me while i was inside looking at vehicles so unsure who to talk to i went back outside to look around and see if anyone was out side that could help about 15 mins go by before Andrew sees me and starts talking to me, we talked for about 20 mins inside about some of the vehicles i was interested in. I went outside thinking about what we had talked about and decided that there were some i wanted to test drive. So i went in to ask and his response was " i don't see the point to do so." He was not interested in taking me out to get a feel for the vehicles that could potentially be my next car.

Complete waste of time not the first issue that has happened with ford either
