Worse utility company ever, and I have lived in numerous states so I have something to compare it to! I have not received a bill for over a year now--not online nor in the mail, and I've called numerous times which brings me to customer service. When I told them I have not received a bill, they implied it was my fault. LOL Evidently, they switched to a new billing system and have no idea what to do. The electricity is continuously going out. If we have a good wind, I can expect the electricity to go out for a few hours, and winters are the absolute worse. For a major utility company, it is pathetic. I much rather have PSNH over this tired company with old equipment that charges way too much for their reliability.
