Right at Home has been very attentive to my father's needs after his release from the hospital. The caregivers have been helpful to me as well. It has been very stressful, time consuming and a full time job having my dad live with my husband and I for 3 months and counting. The caregivers ease some of my housework by doing light dusting, vacumming & laundry when needed. The office staff has always been helpful, caring & professional. They definitely aim to please. Mike Steiner, owner, has gone above and beyond with his patience dealing with all my questions and his knowledge of obtaining care through the VA & Family Services of Lake County has been most helpful. I give Right at Home 5 stars and I think you will too if you give them the opportunity to serve you.
