If rather give this company a zero rating. If you move into a building with laundry facilities run by this company don't use them or better yet move somewhere else. Their machines are all garbage and never work properly. You waste more time having to rewash and redry than you need to. Better to go to an outside laundromat. Horrible customer service. Repairs are never done properly
