We usually stay in Clarke Quay but we choose this hotel as we had a midnight flight and the free shuttle to the airport is an attractive service. We loved being in a residential area and the streets to the rear of the hotel hold some interesting and colorful buildings. The hotel is comfortable, with nice staff and several dining options. As part of our Accor membership we are offered a free drink. However, when we presented it to the bar we were told we could have a beer , that was not stated on the card and we don't drink beer. We had a wine, but we were told we might have to pay . Either print it on the card what is allowed, or pleased train the staff in the correct procedure. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed a swim after a day of sightseeing.
