They did not clean the room they assigned me well, the glasses that were in the sink were dirty but they left them as if it were good to be used, the remote control did not have a battery, the bed was only extended because when I went to bed, I saw that there was fluff from clothes, as if someone had slept before, for which I suspect that they did not change the sheets of the previous guest, and besides they did not notice that a pillowcase was torn
When I reported it to reception they asked me for an apology and they gave me a present as conciliating the situation.
But from the day I stayed I asked for transfer support to a point, anticipating so that they would not deny me, but when the day and time came, they told me no, that the truck had broken down and that they wanted to contact me from a day before but they did not find me and I was in the workshop, but I had seen her giving a service an hour before, I did not want to argue and took a transport on my own, but I do not know how to do good customer service that they do not make sure of notify in advance, until the time of service comes and do what you want we can not support you.
That is why it is the last time I stayed in that chain hotel, I will look for another option.
