I bought a brand new 2021 Ford bronco from this dealership yesterday and they snuck in a maintenance contract (Blue oval certification) for $1800.I also didn t receive rear floors mats for my vehicle. I told my salesman Tom Squire not to wash the car a couple times and he said he wouldn t. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed a lot of scratches and swirls from not being washed properly. I m also missing rear floors mats for a brand new vehicle. Not sure if this is common practice when buying from from Ford but I have bought from at least 6 dealerships before and they all had floors mats. The blue oval certification also said I received an all weather floor mats which I never received. I would not recommend buying a car here. I spoke to the finance manager over the phone (Michael Lopes) and he said he went over it with me which is a lie. I only agreed to the GAP insurance. He then said they can t remove the blue oval certification for 90 days. If you read the reviews on Yelp is looks like this is a common tactic used by this dealership.I never write reviews but this dealership deserves 0 stars. My car salesman Tom Squire knew nothing about the vehicle because it was brand new and I had to figure it out my self. I also called corporate to let them know about my horrible experience. I have owned a Toyota, Scion, Honda, Chevy, Infiniti, Audi and Porsche before and so far Ford was the only dealership that gave me a horrible experience. I doubt I ll be buying from Ford again after my experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
