-Air conditioning keeps breaking.

-Air conditioning keeps breaking.
-Staff gave us wrong oom even after waiting for 30 MINUTES WHILE SHE KEPT USING THE COMPUTER TO CHECK STILL GAVE WRONG ROOM
-then the fridge is HOT.
-We had to wait 8 hours for housekeeping to bring us additional bed (since the hotel mistakingly gave us a single room and we re a huge family!)
-Location is great, though.
