I've had to use Metropolitan Vet for two emergencies.The entire staff from the front desk, to the techs, to the surgeon, to the nurses, and billing, every single person I have interacted with was simply phenomenal. They all were courteous, understanding, and extremely professional.

My vet insisted I go there because she had her pet have the same surgery there a few months prior. She's consulted Penn and asked all her network, and the consensus was this place is outstanding and if I went to Penn, I'd likely have a resident doing the surgery as opposed to someone who does it regularly here. I am so grateful for their professionalism.
