If you have never been here, you don't know what pastrami should taste like. It is no joke out of this world juicy and seasoned perfectly. Every time I am given the sample before my order is made, I am crushed by the knowledge that when I go home to San Diego, I can never find a pastrami sandwich that is as good as Katz's. I know too much.
