This is now my favorite hotel in Chicago. I'm reluctant to write a review because I don't ever want it to be sold out when I'm here but it was so good, I have to. The room was comfortable, super clean and modern. The towels we're fluffy and large. The nespresso machine was a nice touch and the shampoo was different because you actually want to use it- not that cheap hotel-smell soap. The staff was really genuinely friendly and not the typical "they pay me to be nice to you" vibe. For some reason the individual bags of ice in the ice machine sold me. I aleays worry I'm disturbing the unlucky person that got the room next to the ice machine because thise things are so loud. Just grab a bag on your way in instead of having to grab the ice bucket and go all the way back. Maybe I'm lazy but that was the best. Parking is pricey ($68) but you get in/out privledges. The garage on the same block is $58 with no in/out. Switch it up based on how much you need your car. The truffled eggs benedict is amazing but I recommend getting it w/out the meat. It was a little salty with it. Looking forward to coming back.
