Called to reslove an issue with one of their guys touch my sprinkler system control box to improve irrigation that caused my system to cycle for 4 hours in a loop. And caused my bill to be extremely high. No one seems to care at this company. Update: It official they don t care about their customers, and the manger owner or whoever Curtis is does not care about handling any mishap or misunderstanding with his customers. I can see why their rating keep going down. Because they just don t care. Avoid at all cost!!!!
