I recently bought some cell culture media from their website and I was slightly disappointed with the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate, but the product selection was limited compared to other suppliers. Although the shipping was fast, the packaging could have been more secure to prevent any damage. 🤷‍♂️ I also found their customer service to be average, as they were not very responsive to my inquiries. However, the quality of the media was decent, so I might consider purchasing from them again if they expand their product range and improve their customer service.
