Not only was I treated like family, I was treated like a best friend. You know that one friend.I also noticed the time my wife and I were there that all of the staff were taking to every other customers and calling them by name. Amazing, not my experience, the staff. My experience can be described, it was like no other. From Ray the owner that thanked us personally and talk about ridding and college football to JJ in service that check over every detail of the bike to Roger the GM that knew every person name walking in and out. Carlos in parts, boy nobody and I mean nobody knows his job better, he help us personalized our bike know other. Then there's Rob. Rob listened to every detail from the current bike that we still have and spent time helping us to find the bike that would be the perfect fit for us. He's the best. Thanks Rob.
