Major kudos to manager Devin who assisted me and my girlfriend on a reservation mistake on my end. I scheduled for the wrong weekend and he personally assisted in finding me another room at the same hotel. He approved my Expedia cancelation and matched their rate on my new room. This saved my weekend trip and over $100! Very grateful and 5 stars only because I can't put 10!
