Loved the idea of closing remotely at our own home...

Loved the idea of closing remotely at our own home. Very convenient and easy to close. A week after closing we were notified that they had sent incorrect documents in the closing packet and we had to resign again, same day if possible. They didn t ask if we had a printer or offer a digitize option to get it done same day. After explaining to them we didn t have the printing option they arranged for a mobile notary to come to us. In the meantime, our old loan was not paid off and they were just sitting on the file. Another business day went by and we signed again. The docs were overnighted to them. Another three business days later the loan was finally paid off. 13 days after closing.
This company needs to get accuracy in the forefront of their minds as it s a terrible experience for the client and they just don t seem to care.
