I'm really disappointed with the phoenix location....

I'm really disappointed with the phoenix location. I went in for an interview ad the lady (Maribel) was really nice and energetic. But then another short Hispanic man came in after her and was really intimidating, emotionless and spoke very few words and the change in energy threw me off guard which affected my performance. It seemed like he didn't like his job or was trying really hard to be intimidating and I really don't like that. I don't know why companies feel the need to intimidate people. I'm all for tough interview questions but intimidating people with your emotionless face is rude. Me not getting a job with the company is not only unfortunate for me but for the company as well. Just because I was thrown off guard and intimidated doesn't mean I'm not able to perform my skills and knowledge. It just means I was intimidated and thrown off guard because the interviewer had a crappy attitude and it surprised me. unfortunately for them, they probably have lost out on potentially successful candidates because of their interviewing technique. I recommend getting a job elsewhere if you cant handle being intimidated and stoned face.
