Very poor customer service, I have been a customer since 1990. Over the years Align credit has endured many changes, names, policies and service changes and I stayed. But I have to say in recent years I have experienced very poor customer service and poor follow up on Multiple occasions. I've also had issues in the past with, online Banking, Credit cards not functioning correctly, holding Payments. The credit union is owned and supported by its members and I believe they have forgotten that. I'm sad to say You should not allow them to manage your funds or credit needs as you will be repeatedly disappointed. I've already moved else where with another credit union so I understand and see the difference in quality and customer service. If your having or had problems at Align Credit union your not alone.
