I ordered 2 dozen roses for Mother s Day and requested them to be delivered the Friday before to be safe. The order arrived three days late and the flowers were completely dried out and all the leaves had fallen off. After 2 calls to customer service I am extremely frustrated and will NEVER order from them again! They are refunding my money and never even offered to replace them! I would have given them zero stars if I could have.
