I spoke with Mackenzie Goldrup regarding applying for a healthcare plan (lost coverage due to a Life Event). The call was quite long. Mackenzie was very patient, kind and highly knowledgeable when explaining the different plans. She answered my questions (which were few due to her thorough explainations). She is an extraordinary person, easy to relate to with low pressure. I feel confident in stating my remarks due to having spoke to four different insurance representatives over the last 10 days, who lacked the integrity Mackenzie obviously possess.It was a pleasure dealing with her on all levels.
