Great service, very professional, albeit a little intimidating. Brandon Gafgen was my point of contact throughout the process. He did a nice job explaining what I needed and what my choices were and was easy to get a hold of during the days that my explorer was there. A very modern experience, very upfront pricing on the services you are requesting and choosing, no surprises, better to know up front how much genuine ford service is going to cost you. I'll certainly be back for the major things.
