I am a new customer to Mitsubishi.

I am a new customer to Mitsubishi.

I purchased a 2014 Outlander from the Nissan location on McPhillips back in November of last year ..for the first time today I took my car over to your location for an oil change.

I wanted to tell you about my experience.

I walked in there were a couple of people in line ahead of me so I waited, I had a warm smile given to me from one of your employees so I knew I was acknowledged and was going to be looked after.

When I came to my turn, Nic introduced himself and new I was a new customer. He explained all of the service packages to me and we agreed on what I wanted done and I left.
I do have to say that I have never felt more comfortable in a service department I wasn t rushed, my questions were answered, and I felt that I was listened too. I wasn t pressured into having work done that didn t need to be done.

This is very appreciated as I am a single mother of two kids and have a very strict budget.

I received a phone call from Nic explaining to me the costs and what was recommended to get done again I told him what I wanted done was what we agreed to in the morning. I did tell him that I would plan / prepare to have his recommendations done on my next visit, there was no pressure from him.

When I arrived to pick up my car I was again greeted by Nic and his friendly smile, he reviewed the invoice with me and I paid and left.

I am not knowledgeable when it comes to cars, I know where the gas goes and how to add in windshield wiper fluid but that the extent . I have always been very nervous about going to mechanic shops as I have been taken advantage before, So today was a pleasure.
