Made a booking a day before our visit requested a high chair with the table. Got there and no highchairs available was told it wasn't their fault and I'd have to wait for one. We could not eat whilst holding a toddler so of course we had to wait until one was available before we could order. The manager was most rude and unhelpful and not even an apology. Dont bother booking cos you'd be better off walking in. Worst customer service we've ever had and that's from the manager!!!!
