I enjoyed my experience meeting with Ken at your center who assisted me in my issues. While not all issues were resolved, he gave me confidence that it shall be followed up to my fullest satisfaction by the level of professionalism Ken demonstrated. Ken acknowledges that my prior experience does require some improvements but he does not identify his collaegue nor bad-mouths her. I am impressed by his attentiveness, his service, his patience and above all the professionisalism many can learn from.
