On April 10, 2021, My mom, brother, and I went to the Apple store to buy a MacBook Pro 13-inch. We did buy the MacBook. Anyway, the salesperson who served us was helpful, understanding, patient, and friendly with us, in contrast to the other salespeople we spoke to before him. The salesperson we spoke to before him was disrespectful and not understanding. We did not care for his attitude at all.
On April 12, 2021, I spoke to a specialist at the genius bar about my MacBook Pro 13-inch. I had an issue with the Macbook, so I had to go back to the Apple store three days after buying the laptop. I did schedule an appointment with a specialist online two days before the appointment. Before I met with the specialist, I had to wait in line for a pretty long time even though I made an appointment. The issue I had with my MacBook is a gray static screen would show up every time I shut down the laptop. When I met with a specialist, he told me what the problem was and fixed it. It wasn't a serious issue like I thought it was. The specialist had a pretty good attitude, and also he was understanding and helpful.
