The only reason I chose 1 star is because there is no option of none. Please do not waste your time with the service department they utterly suck. I had my oil changed around thanksgiving at this location. Later the next day the oil skid plate come from under my vehicle and struck and car. I called and spoke to Collin the service manager and was told I would receive a call back the following day. After a dozen calls or so he finally called me back on 1/16/18 with this nasty attitude. (I purchased a 2 year service plan and had 7-8 oil changes left on the contract) And Mr. Collin states I could take a check for 75 dollars or have my car fixed. So I opted for the 75 bucks because I wouldn't dare let this gang of stooges touch my car again. And to top it all of I received the check in the mail and it was 10 dollars short. LOL Moral of the story is ........ Don't ask for Collin!! You won't accomplish anything!
