This company kept us on their work order board and checked in periodically to find the best fit for our schedule; very nice customer service team. Once we found a time, 5pm on a Saturday which was a pleasant surprise, Greg showed up and was very professional, wore a mask the entire time and shoe covers. We felt he knew his stuff and how to explain our situation without "selling" us. Did a thorough job and was courteous to our son who was often in the way... We will be speaking to a sales rep about some products because we felt so good about Greg's explanation of our system and it's needs and their fair pricing for services. Highly recommend!
