Awful. The engineer who came to do landlord gas safety certificate raised the pressure to 2. For a small flat it should not had been more than 1.5. The pressure was brought down by bleeding a radiator by British gas engineer as there is home care 3star service.The green clip of my Worcester boiler was found broken after your engineer left. I complained by emails twice but no reply. Called but was never allowed to speak to complaint section or the manager. That engineer called after a few days and was very rude . I shall never ever use Village Heating again. It was a disaster and I wasted a lot of my valuable time.
