The engineer came to repair a loose and unstable tap over my kitchen sink.
He was very good and managed to screw all the parts back together and establish that there was no leak.
This could only be a temporary repair as a screw was jammed, so they included a quote for replacing the whole unit. But I can wait to see how effective this repair has been. That seems fine for now.
