Worked with Scott and his team for quite some time. Initial consultation was well over a year ago, and I asked a TON of questions but Scott never rushed me and gave generously of his time consulting and coming up with great ideas to do what we needed to do. He and his team were great to do business with. Fast response every time, and they shepherded a fairly challenging closing process to a successful close on time and under budget! To make it even better, Scott had recommended we jump in to lock our loan just a few days earlier than we had planned because he saw some shifting in the market, and he literally saved us thousands. I've used a number of brokers over the years for home purchase and refi, and I've had the chance to work with some really good people. Scott Kirkland is the first I've worked with who I would say is exceptionally great, not merely good. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are phenomenal.
