It is a kpo and they will ask you to sign bond for a year and in case of breach of bond you will be liable to pay your four month's salary to the company .
Notice period is of 3 months which I think is too long to be served else in case of immediate exit you need to give your 3 months Salary.

Bond is illegal though few companies are following It.
