Where to start. First off, the monthly monitoring price is the best in the industry. From the first time I made contact with Smith Thompson to the time the technician left my home following install, my experience was stellar. The salespeople are super friendly, the tech was great and very detailed when showing me how the entire system worked. And the few times I have inadvertently set the alarm off, the call center contacts me immediately with genuine concern. I can't say enough good things about this company and will be a customer for life!
